I had a leak in my brand new house (don’t get me started on that subject). I called Lee company because I wasn’t sure where the leak was coming from so we started with HVAC. After Brandon took a look he gave the recommendation to install 2 water safe valves so if my unit did leak we could mitigate issues which I absolutely decided to do. After that he said I believe the leak is coming from a plumbing pipe. He called dispatch and within 2 hours I had a plumber come and fix the leak. Awesome service, kind and respectful gentlemen working for this company. I hope when I have my unit services in October Brandon will come back. Here is the good and the bad. The technician was able to get my HVAC drain line unclogged, even though Lee Company's original installation did not provide access to the line at the air handler. Service: HVAC system maintenance
My experiences with Lee Company have always been stellar!! Most recently, I had a sink leak. The plumber was there within 2 hours, identified the leak. It was repaired as soon as the faucet was there. The technicians are always friendly, competent, and have the best interest for the customers. Their Maintenance Agreement is fabulous and affordable. I never use anyone else!!!
