The team made everything better! Issue: Water heater leak Service Requested: Water inspection & repair Water Heater Technician: Drake Strand - efficient, informative, personable, considerate, hardworking HVAC Technician: Cody - team player, personable, considerate, hardworking Electrician: Ryan Ross - efficient, informative, personable, considerate, hardworking I was not expecting to have to get a brand new water heater. It was a painful surprise to learn that our water heater was beyond repair. What eased the pain was Drake's willingness to empathize while explaining why this update was necessary. He took the time to show & tell without any direct pressure to secure Lee Company as our solution. We could not handle the purchase in the moment and he did not make us feel like we would lose anything if we did not agree "today" as many other companies have imposed before. He simply acknowledged the importance of making sure we were comfortable with his service in contrast to the discomfort
Our electrician was phenomenal. Expert and professional and even had to field troubleshooting calls from colleagues while working on our project. Knowledgeable and made honest recommendations where to why were needed. Showed up early or on time twice and responded personally when the second portion of the job needed to be completed. We’ve used Lee company for many of our maintenance needs and have never been disappointed! The dispatcher that I spoke to was the sweetest. I had an awful experience with HEP plumbing about 10 minutes before I called Lee Company and was super upset... Not only did you calm me down she went above and beyond to make what I needed happen! Trey was my plumber and he was super kind, knowledgeable and efficient.. He always went above and beyond to understand what what going on before heading over and made sure to have the tools needed to do the job! 10/10 would reccomend Trey and Lee Company!!!
