Master Plumbing of Tennessee

Bought a water line protection from awrusa on june6 had a leak called them they called me back said they were going to get back to me in a few days now keep in mind my main line was leaking.then on June 16 got a call from insurance company said they couldn't fix my problem.then I saw on my phone master plumbers had job completed and it asked for feedback so I gave them a 1 star because they never got back with me and they were being dishonest.this is a follow up to let everyone know.

Discovered I had a leaky toilet so I decided to call around different plumbers to for price quotes. I wanted to remove the old toilet and install a new one in its place. After calling around and getting different pricing’s I decided to go with Master Plumbing and I’m so glad I did. I spoke with Jennifer who setup the appointment and got me the quote. She was super friendly and kind throughout the entire conversation. Glenn who came out to install the new toilet was great as well. He was very friendly and was willing to go out of his way to make sure the job was done correctly. From my experience this is why I love dealing with family own businesses. All our sewer lines were backed up and it was a mess to say the least. The service guy came out and was so nice and reassuring that he would fix the problem and get everything back up and running, which he did. He also explained to us how to make sure we don’t have another backup. Thank you for the quick response!!!!! Services: Septic system installation, Drain cleaning
