I have used this company for several years to keep my 25-year-old central heating/A/C system functioning. Their people are always pleasant to deal with, respond as quickly as possible, and charge reasonable prices with no surprise fees. While making me aware that I'll have to replace the whole thing eventually, they have never tried to push me into doing what I can't afford and instead do what is immediately needed to help me without making me feel like I'm making a stupid mistake - a tactic I have encountered with other companies.
