A/C was blowing but just barely cool called No. Ga. Heating an Air, told them what problem we were having a tech was here within the hour. Think he said it was the solenoid was stuck and not cycling, we haven't had any problems since. Tech was very professional and said if we had anymore problems call and they'll come back out. I've used North Georgia heating and air many times over the past years. Always professional always efficient. I've used them on new unit installs and tune-up and maintenance on older units as well.
The technicians Anthony and Parker were very professional in doing the installation of a new heat pump and the removal of the old unit. After the installation was complete they gave me thorough instruction on using the new system with a smart thermostat. They did a thorough check on all functions, heat, air, and emergency heater before leaving.
