These guys are top notch! We had used them in the past with an emergency repair call and they showed up fast, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and were extremely professional! So fast forward a few months and our old, tired unit has died and needs replacement- after getting multiple assessments and quotes they came in and beat everyone! Not only did they go above and beyond going over everything with me to ensure we got the best possible "bang for the buck" but they provided us with several options and recommendations that beat out all the others! I had an issue yesterday with an a/c unit at a property. They came out today to take a look and the tech called back with a $850 bill. I was not consulted prior to him doing the work, and there were no pictures taken to support the work needing done. I asked him to send me an invoice and then I would pay it. I never received one. 15 minutes later, I was called by someone at their office to pay the bill. I again requested an invoice before paying and the woman threatened they were going to put a lean on the house if I did not pay the bill by the end of the day. This threat was made within 30 minutes of the tech leaving the property. I ended up paying the bill, but still have not received an invoice. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
