I had an issue yesterday with an a/c unit at a property. They came out today to take a look and the tech called back with a $850 bill. I was not consulted prior to him doing the work, and there were no pictures taken to support the work needing done. I asked him to send me an invoice and then I would pay it. I never received one. 15 minutes later, I was called by someone at their office to pay the bill. I again requested an invoice before paying and the woman threatened they were going to put a lean on the house if I did not pay the bill by the end of the day. This threat was made within 30 minutes of the tech leaving the property. I ended up paying the bill, but still have not received an invoice. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

while it was almost 90F inside our house, our technician let us know they needed to order a part and it would be 3-4 days. to my surprise and delight, he returned 2 hours later with the needed part and got us and our cat cooling down again. thanks so much, we really appreciate it.
