This was my second need for a plumbing issue in recent months. In both cases, the crew immediately analysed what seemed to be a difficult problem and solved each in minutes. First rate service.
Tommy's guys do good work and are very courteous. I had several issues and they took care of everything.
I have always used Reece in the past and they have done a great job. I called them on a Wednesday to look at a plumbing issue. The guy came out on Thursday and had to leave for an emergency call and said he would be back Friday. Friday afternoon rolls around and I called the gentleman back and asked where he was and he said it would be Monday and he's really busy working on other calls. The plumber acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking when he is coming back. Telling a customer that their issue isn't a big deal is not a good business strategy. Monday rolls around, no plumber so I called their office on Tuesday and told them what was going on. I was told I would get a call that day from her boss. I never got the call and I won't be calling them back. A little communication goes a long way.
