Daniel Brown came out and performed my inspection and discussed everything with me in detail. He took care of all the paperwork, discussed all the details with my insurance company, and even came the day my insurance inspector visited to be available for questions. Daniels inspection was very detailed and thorough, that my Insurance Company said they really didn’t even need to come out for the inspection after looking at the report he sent them. Daniel stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process and made multiple visits to my house to make sure everything was taken care of as it should be. Frank Barron was the project manager that was here the day the work was done, and he was very nice and his crew was wonderful. I was at work when they did the replacement, but Frank called me and stayed in touch with me throughout the day, and when I got home, he met me here and went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. Alex immediately got involved with my insurance claim and handled everything right up to a settlement. Their office immediately scheduled an install date and they showed up on date scheduled. Frank, the Project Manager was on site and kept me informed and answered my questions. Job was completed in one day and all trash removed.
