Kevin arrived promptly as scheduled. Rate was very reasonable. He did quality work and fixed our unit. I noticed a weird noise during the night after the repair and I called. He drove from north Hamilton County to Chickamauga and found that nature (ants) had crawled onto the contacts and caused the problem. He did NOT charge for the trip that had absolutely nothing to do with his previous work.
It is always a joy to work with Kevin from Southern Comfort Heating & Air. These guys really know how to provide good customer service, and I can tell you from personal experience, that they care about their customers. They are very affordable and super nice. I recommend them to everyone I know!!
