They showed up within a reasonable amount of time in the set appointment. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to not only fix the problem but check the rest of my system to make sure that everything was in order.

I've used these guys twice so far. Last year, my serviceman was Buzz. I can't compliment him enough. Nice, talkative & informative. Had to use them again recently. Ya know, just like dealing with car issues, the cost of repairs are astronomical. Even for older units. So I bought the part I needed and had a knowledgeable person help me fix my own unit. I saved myself four hundred dollars. But I would use them again if I absolutely had to.

From Stan himself to each of the men that come to provide services, they are a professional group with high quality standards. Always courteous, thoughtful, and helpful. They are well run with calls to schedule appointments and follow up on service. I've had to replace 2 units and Stan's prices are competitive and he only uses reliable brands.
