All Access Plumbing

All Access was set up to check on my water heater, by my home warranty company because I was not getting hot water. The morning Inwas scheduled for service, I started getting hot water again so I called All Access an hour before service was scheduled and left a message to cancel the call. The plumber showed up anyway and I explained to him that I had called the office an hour earlier and canceled the call. He called his office to confirm and then told me that they had received the message and to call back if I needed future service. Then I get a call from my home warranty company stating that I would receive a charge because All Access was claiming I never called them, which was a flat out lie. I called All Access and all of a sudden they are telling me that they never received a call. I told the woman that the plumber himself told me they received my message after he called their office to confirm, and that I had the call in my log, including the call duration which would indica

I had an appointment pre-scheduled through my home warranty company. My appointment was scheduled for a 4-hour arrival time. On the day of the appointment, I waited and waited, no one ever showed up nor called me. After speaking with my warranty company, I was connected to a representative for All Access Pumbling and Rooster who stated to me that a message was texted to me about them having a mechanical issue with 1 of their vehicles. I tried to explain to the woman, he stated very rudely----"ma'am I texted you." After trying to explain myself again, I didn't get a text nor call---she continued to speak rudely and interrupt me over and over again. Finally, I asked for another company and she stated, "Hey, that's fine with me." STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

They cancelled me on the day of the appointment and never called me to tell me. I found out through my home warranty. Talk to a lady twice and talked to her just yesterday to confirm the appointment. Very unprofessional and a let down. Had to rearrange my schedule for the appointment. I wouldn’t recommend them through your home warranty or just a regular call. After reading the reviews I believed they cancelled because my home warranty company waived my deductible and they wasn’t going to get any money upfront from me but on the flip side I want to give God a shout out for protecting me from a company with bad business ethics and poor customer service. So in the end it was a blessing in disguise that they cancelled on me and I’m happy they didn’t come to my home. CHOOSE ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY!!!!!!!
