All Access Plumbing

This company was called out by my home warranty company to fix a leak in my bathtub upstairs. I paid $75 for them to come and say it was the cartridge. After the 3rd visit the cartridge was replaced and the original leak was never fixed. Then they told me today I had to pay another $50 for then to come back and give me a quote. Bad business practice! On top of that when I asked him to address the downstairs shower leak he told me to caulk it. Basically let all the water build up and mold under my shower. No thanks! I’ll call a professional.

They cancelled me on the day of the appointment and never called me to tell me. I found out through my home warranty. Talk to a lady twice and talked to her just yesterday to confirm the appointment. Very unprofessional and a let down. Had to rearrange my schedule for the appointment. I wouldn’t recommend them through your home warranty or just a regular call. After reading the reviews I believed they cancelled because my home warranty company waived my deductible and they wasn’t going to get any money upfront from me but on the flip side I want to give God a shout out for protecting me from a company with bad business ethics and poor customer service. So in the end it was a blessing in disguise that they cancelled on me and I’m happy they didn’t come to my home. CHOOSE ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY!!!!!!!

DON’T ALLOW YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY TO USE. Similar to other customers. Home warranty company booked them. They came out and wrote it up as not normal wear and tear which is false. Seems they just want to $75 for showing up for 10 minutes and not doing any real work. Tech also showed up in personnel vehicle and didn’t have proper tools. My issue was a toilet leak. Working just fine for 4 months. All of sudden started leaking. Nothing happened to the toilet. Blamed a hairline they can’t find or point out(scapegoat). Calling another plumber to look closer. If it is something else I’ll file a formal complaint with BBB and home warranty company.
