The absolute best experience I could have in an extremely stressful situation. Dave Machiela was very kind and helpful, not pushy at all (unlike many other companies who had knocked my door prior) he assured me he could fight my insurance and get them to help with the costs of a new roof! HE SURE DID! Everything that I was told was told by the office ladies Theresa and Bri was correct and accurate! They answered all questions with patience and kindness! The crew that installed my roof did an amazing job lead by production manager Chris. They cleaned up and communicated super well! Now I know why this company is rated #1 Clarksville!! Best Choice Roofing is top of the line! We had a wonderful experience. Our sales person Josh was incredible to deal with, he was there at all times and answered any and all of my questions. The crew was prompt, polite and efficient. When they left you would never know they were there. Except that we had a beautiful new roof. We highly recommend them for roofing and gutters and downspouts.
