Our heating unit went out on 23 Dec 2022 during single digit degree weather and on Christmas Eve Eve. We were so fortunate to have called DOC Heating and Cooling. Chad Darrow diagnosed our problem and had our unit working in no time. He was very professional, responsive, reasonable, competent and customer service oriented. I highly recommend this company. Our AC went out today and my landlord contacted Chad Darrow to come and fix it. He was here and had it fixed within 45 minutes. He was very helpful and even made a list of things that needed fixed when Home Warranty sends him back out. I would recommend him to anyone for all of you heating and cooling needs!
