Very helpful. I needed a unique adapter for my icemaker and they were able to come up with it. They are very focused on helping the customer with reasonable prices. This is the first place I go for appliance issues.

We called Gibbs Electric on a neighbor's recommendation to look at our dryer. I called and was given a cell phone number to Robert Jr, I called him, and left a voicemail. When he called back he said he couldnt get out for a few days and we scheduled an appointment .He came out, he checked the electrical outlet and then said that it must be the timer. He said that he would order a new one and call me back as soon as it came in to make another appointment to put it in. I waited 3 days and didn't hear anything from him, so I called and left him a voicemail he never returned that voicemail. It's been over 2 months since that first appointment and he's never contacted me again. I ordered a timer myself and replaced it after looking up how easy it was to do. And it wasn't the timer that was the issue. I called and paid a different company to come out and check my dryer he said it was the outlet on the wall that Gibbs had "checked." I had an electrician come out paid him to replace the breake
