I have used Mac plumbing since 2020 and have not been disappointed! They were out replacing my main line from meter to house. They were very professional and informative. So grateful for the team that came out today to help us with our plumbing issue! Around 1430 today all our drains started backing up, indicating an issue with our septic tank. Dennis and Eli were able to make it out this evening and identify the issue quickly. They got our tank completely pumped out and checked to make sure there weren't any other issues. They were super informative and helped us better understand how the system works and how to do proper maintenance. They were also super patient of our 6 year old who had a million questions. Eli and Jared came out today and pumped our septic for us. Amazing service! We weren't sure who to go to and I gave Mac plumbing a try. As soon as I called they answered and helped me with my situation. They were able to come out the same day and get the septic pumped and gave us great advice on the next steps. Would absolutely call them again!
