Your tech Michael came out Monday to diagnose the problem with my a/c unit. He returned Tuesday with the necessary part (s) to make the repair which he did with no complications. Michael is very knowledgeable in performing his job as well as being kind, considerate and more then willing to help me manage a way to get the work done in a very timely manner. If I ever have more problems with the unit again I will definitely call MAINSTREAM (and request Michael ) or my grandson ( Amari Havner) if he is qualified by then. As always it has been a pleasure doing business with MAINSTREAM HEATING AND COOLING. Thanks again!!! I would rate the service provided a 12 out of 10!!!! Service: HVAC system repair
Good informative talk when the tech came out to look my HVAC over for an estimate. Wanted to discuss options on a mini split replacement of my old unit. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions on what the process would be. Now I just need to decide which direction and when to sign the contract for them to start the work. Highly recommend.
Technician was friendly knowledgeable very experienced in the field. Many can do a job but fewer and fewer take the time with their customers to do things right. I appreciated the extra time he took to make sure all my questions were addressed. Well done. Service: HVAC system maintenance
