Definitely WILL NOT use Billy again. He quoted me $2800 for deck removal and replacement and I pay for woods ($3100). I explained my strict timeline since the house was on the market. After calling around, he was the only one available for “mine” timeline. After accepting his offer, he tells me I’m responsible for the roll on trailer cost ($450). I needed the deck remove before the scheduled foundation work can get done so I went ahead and pay for the roll on. I paid him $1000 when the deck got removed and he told me he he will go out the next day to toss the woods into the roll on trailer dump. Later that night he asked me to advance him $200 so he can buy a dead battery for his car. After the woods was on order, he told me the $1200 didn’t count toward the $2800. That was just the removal of the deck. I was quite upset at this point but the wood was already on order and I was trying to make closing on the 22 of December. A week later, roll on trailer gets pick up since it was a one
