Waited ALL day and took the day off of work to meet the contractor at my house to get an estimate to replace our roof. They were a no-show, and did not call, text, or email. What a waste of our vacation hours at work. Do not waste your time with this company as they do not value their customer's time. Great job on customer service....Epic Fail. We will not be contacting a smaller locally owned business that will value our time as a customer.
Excellent service, came out when they said, did exactly what they promised! Reliable and affordable! The roof on my previous rental property has held up amazing without a single issue!
They never came out to see my home nor contacted me after they were suppossed to.
