Elder's Ace Handyman Services Cleveland

My home was built in 1999 and the builder did not use treated lumber on the front porch. With the passage of time the post and stairs began to rot making the porch unstable. The carpenters did a first class job of replacing everything with quality treated pine with perfect results. They took the time to finish the stair posts with an attractive trim. The painters had so much detail to paint that they were not able to finish in the scheduled time.....instead of re-scheduling they worked over for 2 hours to with no extra charges to my estimate to finish today.
