Hiwassee Chase Air Systems

We are happy with the techs that have come out to service our system but the factory leaves much to be desired. Our A/C has been broke again for the last 2 weeks. In total we have had no A/C on and off for about 2+ months this summer. And since this is a brand new system (installed in January) we shouldn’t be having these issues. Instead of replacing the whole system the factory is having them piece it together with new parts! This is absolutely ridiculous and we are totally fed up with this Daikin system. If they wanted to do that then they should have had the parts on hand!! Instead we have to wait in the hottest time of the year. As far as I am concerned the owner should be stepping up and getting this resolved ASAP!

Hiwassee Chase Air Systems came out to fix our AC unit on a recent, hot summer day. They were timely on coming out for the service call. The technician was polite, pleasant and he was very easy to work with. The tricky problem came from the installation of the unit - and the tech was more than thorough and did not give up until he got it right. We were very happy with the service, and would contact Hiwassee Chase Air Systems again, as well as recommend them to others.
