Just moved here and had a water tank that was past expiration and wanted to get it replaced before it went out. Called Paynes Plumbing for a quote, he showed up on time, provided 3 different estimates and explained everything to me. His pricing was lower than the big businesses and he installed the next day- while he was here fixed a slow drip I had in my bathtub. There is something about supporting local businesses- you get exceptional service and fair costs for work being done. Highly recommend for any plumbing services, he does it all and I will be using this company again in the near future for bath updates. Service: Water tank installation

We had a situation that needed immediate repair I couldn’t fix and it was a weekend. Not only did John get there within 20 minutes but was very quick to determine what needed to be done and had the problem fixed within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and very transparent with the process he had to take to fix the issue without trying to make it into more than what it was.
