We have used AC Comfort twice now, once to replace a module on our AC unit, and another for scheduled service. The first visit impressed is so much, from initially contacting the company, the communication on scheduling and dispatch, to Our tech, Brandon. He took the time to explain to my wife what was going on, what needed to happen as a result and repaired the problem so promptly and professionally that we immediately signed on for their routine service plan that they schedule with us twice a year. We just had that first service call this morning and both Brandon and Daniel were great, once again. They checked everything out, charged a low system (a separate system from the one they worked on previously), found some things that they wanted to put on our radar and gave is a quote for that work for my wife and I to discuss later, all with reasonable prices and ZERO pressure sales tactics.
