We were having a problem with our pilot light going out repeatedly in short time frames. We contacted Key after they were recommended to us. They responded VERY promptly to check and found due to the age of the gas hot water heater there was a crack and the resulting leak was extinguishing the pilot light. They made a video in which I was able to hear the hiss sound made by the water dripping into the flame. They were back, as promised and when promised, the next day. Austin was professional, personable and didn’t leave a trace behind. Their quote was reasonable and on point. We consider ourselves fortunate to have contacted them and although we hope to not have replacement of other appliances in the near future we look forward to having them service our HVAC and highly recommend them.

I called about getting my unit repaired and they were on it quick and got my heat back on. Bill was amazing at explaining what happened with the unit and letting me know what repairs would need to be made. Service: Repair HVAC
