They had a very good price and I got quotes from multiple businesses. They were by far the lowest and seemed the most professional and knowledgeable out of the technicians I talked to as well. They had given me a quote the same day I called and once I agreed they had it scheduled for installation within the same week over Thanksgiving week as well. The 2 technicians were professional and courteous and did an excellent job with the installation and answering my questions. Cannot recommend highly enough. Everything was excellent. Had good service from these folks in the past, so we called them when our split-level went out, to do some warranty work. All of this was explained over the phone, prior to the visit, down to the make, model, and error code. Once the tech arrived, he did a cursory examination of the unit, then explained that Haskins doesn't service split-level units, even under warranty. He then charged us for the visit and left. We paid a hundred bucks for them to come out and do nothing. The explanation could have been handled over the phone, but then they wouldn't have been able to charge us. Bonus: The folks actually doing the work are charging *less* for the visit, and they're driving further. Edit: Rating changed after the owner reached out. I really believe these are good guys, still.

Haskins is always awesome. We have used them for years. Friendly. Great customer service, prompt, knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
