AA-Air Company

Matthew and the AA Air team did a fantastic job resolving our HVAC issues that stemmed from construction/sheet rock dust getting into the air handler. Matthew removed and cleaned the heating coil in addition to performing what amounted to a very detailed tune up of the air handler and condenser. The system is a bit dated, and I’ll be signing up for their bi-annual maintenance plan to try and extend the life of the unit as much as possible. What sets AA Air apart from past companies I’ve worked with is the knowledge and experience of their team. Matthew was able to breakdown every step of what he was going to do before he did it, and possible challenges that might arise before they happened. So I knew exactly what to expect in terms of cost. The owner Donna and her children play an active role in the day to day business, and because of that, everyone on the team is like family and as a consumer, I genuinely feel like they’re invested in the service they’re providing to me as a consumer.

I’ve had AA Air for years for my maintenance program and have been very pleased with them. Technicians have always done a through job especially the tech (Steve) I had today. Front office is always friendly and polite and they always follow up with scheduled maintenance calls as required. Maintenance program I believe is worth every penny. Thanks guys. I recently left my previous HVAC company and found AA-AIR. I just switched over to them to have yearly maintenance done. I called to see if the could look at my HVAC drain outside and see if we could find somewhere for it to drain except on my grass. Jake came out and looked at an idea someone mentioned to me and said that it would not be a good idea. He looked at my HVAC set up in my attic and talked to me about possibilities for running my condensation line from the attic to another drain inside. He talked to his boss about it and then explained what they thought. He also recommended to have a plumber come out because it would be out of their scope of work. Jake was wonderful and went beyond to help me figure something out. He could have said no that won't work and left. So far I am extremely happy with AA-AIR and Jake! I look forward to having them as my HVAC company! I called a plumber and they believe they can do what I need! Thank you Jake!
