Had major plumbing issues. Brandon, George, and Zach were sent out and went above and beyond to not leave us without a bathroom to use. Very professional and extremely friendly. They explained the problem, what it would take to fix it, and even showed me progress through the repair. I wish more companies had more employees like these 3. Dealing with issues would be so much easier. I would highly recommend not only this company but these employees any day of the week. It is never fun when your water heater decides to start leaking. George and Brandon were on time and very professional during the initial evaluation and the replacement. They cleaned up when the job was done. They also showed me how to adjust the temperature or put it on vacation when I was away. I appreciate the great service and recommend this company. I feel like the work was quality and I’m really happy with the results. The Advance Team responded promptly and professionally. We worked with Clark on the HVAC side and he was honest and transparent about our issues and pricing. On his referral, we worked with Dominick on the plumbing side, and he was also extremely honest and transparent about pricing and issues.
