Jonathan is quick to answer our questions and took the time to make sure I understood everything with the insurance. We discussed where my property sets and figured out the best shingles to get and he helped me pick out the best color for my house. We had an incredibly easy experience from start to finish. BCR worked with our insurance company over the course of about a month after they (insur. co.) mostly denied we needed a new roof from storm damage. BCR was very professional in their dealing with us and the insurance company and in the end the insurance company covered the total cost of our new roof. The installation team did a great job. Jonathan, who oversaw the entire process, was great to work with and kept us informed throughout. Definitely recommend doing business with BCR.
