Rode down from Louisville, Ky with a buddy and didn't even buy anything from them. After buddy finished his business; we rode to get lunch when my buddy noticed that my rear tire had worn down to the treads in the parking lot. About that time the guys from Electrical Connection happend to show up at the same time. We told them what was happening and the both started to make phone calls to local dealers in an effort to help us get back on the road. My buddy and I went to the local motorcycle dealership and they had a tire ready. And the guys from Electrical Connection actually showed up the dealership to make sure we were being helped. I ordered 2 klr650 fuse relocation kits that were supposed to be plug in and be compatible with factory wiring harness. Both kits had issues and I had to splice all the connections. The owner offered to refund only if defective parts were sent back but they were installed already just not at all plug n play. Extremely disappointed that both kits were not as advertised Edit-at no time did you ever just say sorry you didn’t get what you orderededit Edit-product removed from bike bc owner requested I not use his parts after they were installed
