HEP is on the way

Patrick was awesome. A/C was working fine yesterday morning. I was in and out of the house working all day, but when I came in yesterday afternoon, the A/C was kicking on. I did some troubleshooting myself but to no avail. We just sold our home, and the home inspection for the buyers was the next day! Middle of summer and a home inspection the next day. Could there be a worse time for the A/C to go out? I called HEP and asked them to come out the same day. Any fee they charged me was well worth it if we could at least diagnosis the problem. They did more than just diagnose the issue, however, and spent the next three hours fixing the problem. Three hours in the middle of summer, on a holiday (July 4), and at night (9-11 PM). Not professional, not trustworthy! I had a pinhole pipe leak a few weeks ago. HEP service guy came and fixed it. He told me that it could be a systematic problem and a re-pipe was needed. He gave me a quote for re-pipe the whole house and told me they would patch up everything afterwards. And the service fee would be waived (or included in the quote). I thought I would go for it. After signing on his phone for a few signatures, I paid half of the quote. NOTE here, he never explained the full terms and never mentioned there would be a restock fee (which I just learned, after 3 weeks). I did request a copy of contract and he said he would email to me. He did not. I sent an email on the same day but did not get anything. 2 days later, someone called me that they could not do the job as scheduled and it had to postpone to the next week. And I requested again for a copy of the job description. Finally, I received an email 4 days later. The description was different from the service guy - HE
