Terrible terrible company! Inconsistent work habits on top of disrespectful employees. Work was not completed and job was extremely overpriced and drug out far to long. I would definitely recommend doing you're research before hiring them for residential plumbing. Unfortunately, if I could leave 0 star's I would.
I was in a bit of an emergency with an active freshwater pipe leak outside my house. Koontz sent two very nice professionals to my home ASAP and they dug out and fixed the leak in no time. They even put everything back the way they found it. Excellent customer service. thank you. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
