Was referred to these guys from a gutter guy that did an excellent and honorable job on our gutters. Our builder had basically taken off with our money and left us with an unfinished house. When we called up Perfect Ideas they were happy to come out to the property and go through all needed projects. We were impressed at first because they spent several hours at our residence discussing all the options. Then when the quote came in as you can imagine it was outrageous suggesting 25k+ more in work which we felt was exorbitant considering what was left and the fact we were upside down on our mortgage. We even explained to this company our situation with how our builder took advantage of us and tried to bankrupt us but they kept upselling us the whole time. I politely explained I would have to do jobs piecemeal and would appreciate their business. That's when they began to put us off every time we called for months.
