This review was done after the inside installation was done. If all you need is inside work, good job. As far as digging up your yard, DON'T LET THEM!!!!! They dug mine up and when they refilled it, it was just chunks of clay, uneven and even buried the roots that they pulled out. Came back, after several calls and stopping by the office, and tried to level it up. Still rocky and bare. Didn't even offer any compensation for their unprofessional work on my yard. This was an Inheritance from my father and now after paying 12,500 for the work, I still have to hire a landscaper to fix it. The gentleman were very professional and efficient. Explained everything and answered all my (silly) questions without any hesitate or making me feel stupid. They were extremely helpful and made everything seem so easy. I couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals. They worked with me on finding an affordable solution for all the problems I had an inherited with an almost 100 year old home. It

Extremely disappointed with pipe wrench. After paying hundreds of dollars to get a relatively minor leak fixed, we purchased a five year warranty so that we wouldn’t have to worry about getting leaks in that pipe again. Sure enough, a day later that pipe gets another leak, which they refuse to pay for under our warranty. After we’d made it abundantly clear that we would not be paying them any more to fix a leak covered under a warranty we already purchased, pipe wrench proceeded to entirely ghost us, refusing to answer any of our attempts at communication after we continually threatened to seek restitution with the better business bureau if they did not refund us or fix the leak which we’d purchased a warranty for. We eventually hired a different plumbing company to fix the leak, and will make sure to avoid pipe wrench in the future.

Ryan did an excellent job putting in my hot water tank. Very happy dealing with everyone at Pipe Wrench.
