Chris did a fantastic job! He arrived on time, found the problem with our toilet, explained in detail what was needed to fix it, and worked diligently to finish the job. And at the end, he checked all of the toilets and faucets in our home for potential issues since our home is only 3 years old. Chris and 2 other employees we spoke to prior to his arrival exceeded our expectations. We have already decided to use PipeWrench Home Services in the future for any plumbing issues. Ryan did an excellent job putting in my hot water tank. Very happy dealing with everyone at Pipe Wrench.
Logan and two others showed up promptly and were able to take care of a sewer pipe issue that has been a problem for some time. They were very thorough and showed me photos of the completed work (I had seen ‘before’ photos from an initial inspection and clog removal). The work was finished ahead of the estimated time.
