Scott's installed a new natural gas line for me when my old one started leaking. They were professional, on-time, and respectful from the quote to all the way through installation and city inspection. Their quote was also quite reasonable for the work provided. I will certainly call them again. Highly recommend.

After 2 weeks waiting on my appointment the day finally arrived.  The plumber and I walked the house and he identified the issues which it is not a lot. I asked him the start the day, he replied 2 to 3 more weeks we are booked.  I belive the job was too small for them. On top of that I got charge $95 for 30 minutes consultation.  I total wasted of two weeks of my time and I could find someone available and ready to tackle the job. I own I construction business when I speak to my customers I let them know the waiting time on any job.  They have a choice to wait or find someone else. Making $95 for every visit just to say we are booked is very profitable business.
