Just sold my house that Scruffy City renovated for me about two years ago. I was super happy with the work and they did a beautiful job! As well as being very professional and transparent throughout the process which I appreciated because it was my first time renovating a house so I had a TON of questions. Anyhow, I had a few inspectors come through (two separate buyers walked away from the deal for personal reasons) and they both returned the cleanest inspection reports my realtor had ever seen. The only real issue they could come up with is with my deck, which the previous owner had not built to code and I chose not to fix because it was such a minor issue. I’ll also add that each time the house was listed we had multiple offers and tons of compliments and positive feedback.
