Shane Winkle showed up on a Sunday to fix a problem I had with a water line. Was professional and completed the repair quickly. I will use him again!
Had a bad odor coming from the bathroom and so we decided to give this place a call. They came out and replaced two things that only cost about $30 max and proceeded to charge us $400 for the service. Despite reassuring us whatever they did would fix the smell, that definitely wasn’t the case. When we called a day later we were told that they would call us back but it’s been 2 days and so far nothing. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Services: Faucet repair, Sewer repair
Made appointment on 4/26 between 2-3pm. No show, no call. Spoke with secretary said she’d reach out to them. No call. Called several times, no answer, left messages still no call. Not reliable and very unprofessional. Not even a call to say I can’t come or something.
