James Cline and son Bradley just finished replacing our 13year old hot water heater. We replaced early rather than wait until it broke down on us when not convenient for us. We did an 80 gal electric water heater. After using for 1 day we were amazed about how bad the old heater wasn't efficient. They did an amazing job on installation and it looked like a piece of art. Could not be happier with their work. This is the fourth or fifth time we have used all-star and will continue to use.
We had a pipe blow apart after the hard freeze we had here in good ole Tennessee. We was with out water pressure for over a week. I called around and everyone was so busy as expected. I made a call to James with All Star plumbing and he was here by end of day! He was so quick as well and did absolutely amazing and had my water back on with in 30 mins! So fast! I have absolutely nothing to say negatively. Definitely will use James and his company again for future plumbing issues! Services: Plumbing leak repair, Plumbing pipe repair
