Scheduled a simple quote appointment. When my wife asked for an itemized list, not just a raw figure, whoever came to the appointment called her rude for asking such a thing. If you aren't screwing people, wouldn't you have no problem letting them know what they are being charged for? Decided to go with someone who actually quoted us higher as they didn't treat their customers like idiots and answered all questions we had without grunting or complaining.
