We live in midtown house that is close to 100 years old and has the boiler and associated assets to prove it. Our concern has been the lack of expertise and service staff needed to work on our ancient boiler and radiators in Memphis. We were ecstatic to find Patton Plumbing Heating and AC and for the first time in many years, the house is warm and cozy. The lead service manager was Billy Wylie and he was very professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the details to me. The service was exceptional and worth every penny. The technician was exactly on time and pleasant. Worked quickly and seemed to do a good job and tried to explain to me what he was fixing. I have A/C again!! He gave me an estimate that I felt was a bit high, but service jobs are expensive and he offered to remove the $90 diagnostic fee. He did a thorough diagnostic, checked over everything, replaced a fuse and the connector and gave me a 3 year warranty on parts and labor. Service: HVAC system repair
