This long-established firm, which has provided excellent service to us for years, just keeps getting better! Improved payment and reporting is now part of their offering, and the sweeps are thorough, careful, and personable. They also sell good quality firewood! A Memphis jewel.
Alex, our chimney sweep, did an excellent job! He was very professional, on time, and very knowledgable. The communication was great. I received detailed text messages prior to our cleaning service and when our chimney sweep would arrive. The entire process to inspect and clean took about 1 hour. Would definitely recommend!
