Alex, our chimney sweep, did an excellent job! He was very professional, on time, and very knowledgable. The communication was great. I received detailed text messages prior to our cleaning service and when our chimney sweep would arrive. The entire process to inspect and clean took about 1 hour. Would definitely recommend!
The technician (Jonathan) was helpful, professional and very information. He did not mind my watching and learning from his every move in performing the check up and operation of gas logs that had not been used since 1994. It was a great pleasure to work with Abbey Road Chimney Sweep. Unlike most other repair businesses, they made the repair appointment, showed up during the appointed time and completed the work.
