Best Choice roofing was Great! Lanny Moore was AWESOME! He went Above and beyond with me with my insurance company. My insurance company denied to replace my roof twice they only wanted to do repairs which was ridiculous because of the severe damage to my roof. Lanny went back and forth with the claim adjusters and the insurance company after 2 deductibles they finally approved the claim. KUDOS Lanny! Best Choice Roofing is an excellent company to do business with. Several months back our home sustained an enormous amount of wind damage. I knew our insurance company was going to be there for us. Nevertheless, my husband and I fought for almost a year trying to get our roof replaced. The insurance company we had at that time kept denying our claim over and over again! However BCR (specifically Scott Brooks) fought to the very end to ensure our roof was replaced and not repaired. Scott Brooks was always there and on time whenever I had any questions or concerns. I felt like I really had someone on my side at time when help was greatly needed. I am happy to report that because of Scott’s diligence, WE GOT OUR ROOF REPLACED! I can’t leave out Scott Owens. Regina and Scott were so professional and informative when it came to purchasing my new roof. My old roof had storm damage and I was denied several times by my insurance for a new roof. Regina and Scott contacted my insurance company, met with the adjuster, and got me approved for a new roof!! I am beyond thankful for the time and work they put into getting me approved. The installation process was smooth and they showed up exactly when they said they would. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process.
