Central Electric Contractors

Very unprofessional all around. When I called to do a follow up to see why no one came out to my house, the lady got smart with me. She was very rude and suggested that I don’t call again because she have other calls to make. When all along I’m just trying to confirm if they are coming out or is it another no show. She then proceeded to get loud with me over the phone instead of just giving me a time when an electrician is coming. Smh never again Please go else where do not pick this company.

Pleasssse do not use this company. You will regret. This has to be the worst electric company in the world not just Memphis.

I was connected to Central Electric Company through my home warranty company. Guy came out and assessed the issue I had with the light in my kitchen. He determined that the ballast was bad and needed to be replaced but had to order the parts. He stated that he had to double check with the warranty company that it was covered (which it was). A couple of days go by, nothing. I contact the warranty company and the rep states that Central Electric closed out my service request stating that all work had been completed. Not true. Attempted to contact the company via phone, No answer. I ended up replacing the part myself and fight with the home warranty company for the $75 service fee. Avoid this company at all costs. Dishonest, unprofessional, and unethical.
