Needed to replace my HVAC. I called Choate’s for one of my quotes. Charles Craig came out, very professional & well prepared. He gave me recommendations & answered all my questions. Install team came out the next day & did the install. Terrance, Xavier, & Joshua were professional & explained the system to me after they finished. I highly recommend Choate’s.

We previously had Choate's for HVAC services that were very good and this week we had a plumbing issue in the kitchen. We tried other means to alleviate the leaks and low pressure leading to frustration and finally called Choate's. They sent out Dustin who was punctual, polite and professional. He also provided some levity and was able to take a frustrating situation and turn it into a pleasant experience. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave it all his effort to try and work with the current situation and faucet. In the end, we ended getting a new faucet and he was able to install it and the new garbage disposal quickly to give us back our kitchen. We highly recommend Dustin for all of your plumbing needs. We also like Choate's communication practice of sending a text to notify the arrival of a tech along with a photo to help identify who will be arriving. Just had both HVACs in my home replaced and Choate’s was phenomenal. Can’t give enough praise for the job they did. From the person who called me back on a Sunday when our heat went out, to the Comfort Advisor, Josh, who drove through the snow the next morning, to the scheduler, to the installers Michael, Jay and Dalayno everything went smoothly and was extremely professional.
