Absolutely the best. Choate’s has done AC repairs, full sewer line replacement, plumbing repairs, and now a full HVAC system replacement. Totally professional, great products, and great service. Make the right choice! There’s only one Choate’s! Service: Installation
Called and arranged for an estimate. A guy showed up who worked hard to upsell. Following that, I received two lengthy texts that attempted to do the same. Irrespective of this, I needed by ducts cleaned so agreed to the service. 15 days after the fact, I have heard nothing from them. I contacted another highly rated duct cleaning company (Complete Clean) and they completed the task within three days and for $750 less than the quote I received from Choate. Important to note that they use the exact same equipment as Choate. Read the response below and that is not correct, we didn't agree on a date. I was to be contacted to schedule and unfortunately, that never happened. Regarding the service provided, I watched your demonstration on YouTube and the exact same equipment was used by the provider I used.
We previously had Choate's for HVAC services that were very good and this week we had a plumbing issue in the kitchen. We tried other means to alleviate the leaks and low pressure leading to frustration and finally called Choate's. They sent out Dustin who was punctual, polite and professional. He also provided some levity and was able to take a frustrating situation and turn it into a pleasant experience. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and gave it all his effort to try and work with the current situation and faucet. In the end, we ended getting a new faucet and he was able to install it and the new garbage disposal quickly to give us back our kitchen. We highly recommend Dustin for all of your plumbing needs. We also like Choate's communication practice of sending a text to notify the arrival of a tech along with a photo to help identify who will be arriving.
