Two of the employees i asked for help didn't know what a cable splitter was, nor did they seek to assist me. I went to customer service and the woman there looked it up and asked one of the other workers, and he helped me without cease. I appreciate genuine, good help. Edit: on another trip, they didn't have the heater I needed ???? so i bought two other types..
