Homeway was so awesome to work with. I went to their website to do a kitchen remodel and bekah gave me a call, scheduled me an appointment with Rowdy to give me a quote. The price was extremely fair and once we agreed he put me on the schedule. While Rowdy and the crew started removing my dishwasher we noticed I had a leak that completely ruined my floors and cabinets. He did several tests, found out it was still wet and could cause mold and he got in touch with my insurance company. I had no intention of doing my floors but Rowdy made the process so easy. He drew up my estimate, sent it off to insurance and Brandi was in touch with me at every step. Any time insurance or I made a payment Amber sent me receipts so I could be made aware of the process. When my flooring and appliances were ordered Amber would update me on delivery dates. Their process made it so easy, they communicated every step of the way. We got introduced to Rowdy and his Homeway team when we had a pin hole leak in our home. Though we were shattered due to the expenses of the leak itself, getting introduced to Rowdy and Homeway team was a clear winner. Ever since our first project to renovate a bathroom after the leak to our latest hardwood flooring project, we have involved Rowdy and his team in multiple projects. Unlike my prior experiences with other contractors in the past, Rowdy and his team are very punctual with respect to timeline and will make sure you get a good value for your investment in renovation and will take you to the finish line. Rowdy will often suggest you where to purchase renovation material from and he will work with the vendor to get you a great deal. After a token advance, I have never seen Rowdy ask for a payment even after a completion of the project. In fact several times I had to remind him that I owe him money for the project. We are very happy with what Homeway has done to our home. if
