Solace Services is an excellent company. I highly recommend them. They have installed a new AC unit at our home and they provide seasonal biannual maintenance on our two AC units. Their technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Most recently, one of their technicians, Bobby, came by to check the thermostats. He was excellent! I contacted Solace by phone and asked them to check out my heating system for the winter months. The lady I spoke with was very responsive and scheduled an appointment for me for just three days later. Chris was my tech and he phoned in advance and arrived early. He was very friendly, dressed in a clean uniform and nice to my house dog. Chris did a thorough quick and efficient checkout of our system. I had supplied new filters for our system, but he said the existing filters weren't that dirty and they could last through the winter months. This is the first time a serviceman had told me this, and it was quite a savings since the filters cost over $200.00. Other techs have just automatically changed the filters and, if it wasn't really necessary, this was an unnecessary extra cost to me (and I'm on a fixed income). Chris also gave me some tips on the operation of my new "smart" ecobee thermostat. Anyway, Chris did a great job and Solace is now my go-to HVAC company! Service: He
