I’m super satisfied client , may 3 ,2023 was my worst nightmare, many shingles for my roof flew away , I called the insurance company and they just want to pay the missing shingles and they don’t care the difference of color and discontinued shingles , I tried to talked with them and was impossible, I received a cancellation letter saying my roof was old and they don’t want to continue with me , I was disappointed, alone ,frustrating and then I looked at the bbb I found the helping hand company and they reached me , Megan (assistant manager) such and excellent and professional person , she said this is an injustice for sure we are going to fight until the end , don’t worry, I talked with Hunter (owner) he said trust , we are going to win and that it , they did the appraisal same the insurance and we won ????????????????I have an upgrade beautiful roof , now I’m still believing the justice prevails everywhere, thank you so much ????????I’m still crying just to remember but I’m so happy
