Ghosted! My inital contact was positive, but after I responded to their question of what day was conveneint for the service I never heard from them again, even after sending a follow up email inquiring if they still planned to do the service. To the owner's credit, after I posted the above he went out of his way to resolve the problem and his follow up was excellent and very professional. Anyone can make a mistake and he took ownership for the problem and the resolution.

Hero installed a ductless mini split system (1 outdoor unit + 2 indoor units) in my home. Jason (owner) was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, and he provided a detailed estimate for me to review. Once I accepted the estimate, he promptly scheduled and performed the service. His communication was great, and my discussions with him made it clear that he is very knowledgeable when it comes to AC work. He did an excellent job!
