I strongly recommend Honest plumbing! Aaron is very honest, knowledgeable and professional. I cannot use words to express my appreciation to his help to repair our water leaking pipe. I realized water leaking issue a month ago, then I have tried to contact companies to fix. The first company asked us to replace the whole pipe because they cannot detect the leaking due to the same amount of leaking (4 gallons per hour) and offered me a quote (around 4K). Later, I asked a water leaking detection company to help, luckily, we found the leaking spot. Then, I asked a plumbing company to repair. However, the second company denied to repair due to the quality of the pipe and offer me a quote for a replacement (more than 4k). Finally, I contacted the Honest Plumbing company. Even it was heavy raining, Aaron come and honestly told me that he can repair but cannot guarantee the longevity of this repair due to nature of the pipe. Anthony was great. He let me know where he was, showed up exactly when he said he would and was professional and courteous. I was worried I had a main line problem but it turned out to be buildup in the pipes and a toy in the toilet. He had us back up and going in 30 minutes, answered all our questions too. I appreciate Aaron. First, they responded to my concern text on Saturday. They were available on Thursday. Prior to sharing my issue, I was expecting to have to replace the garbage disposal and spend a hood amount of money. However, due to Aaron’s honest work, he was able to repair the issue. Thus a new disposal was not needed. The charge was very economical. Therefore, I appreciate Aaron’s “honest” work as he could have manipulated us and advised a new system. Thank you, Honest Plumbing!
