I had a very extensive plumbing job that Lee Company took care of. James Garcia and his team were amazing! Very thorough and very customer service oriented. They communicated well and had some mediation solutions for things that happened on sight to make sure I was satisfied. Clay Tidwell was also very instrumental in the project and I appreciate his efforts!
I’ve been using Lee Company for around 15 years. I signed up for their annual maintenance program to make sure everything is in good shape. Caleb came out to inspect the plumbing and descale the water heater. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Services: A/C system maintenance, Plumbing leak detection, Repair water fixtures
Sale and installation were great. Service department is horrible. Schedule an appointment and they don’t show up. Scheduled another appointment.. called to verify they were coming.. didn’t show up. Called to see why they didn’t show and was told that I had the wrong day.. after I had already called to verify they were coming. I used Lee company thinking that they would be more reliable but I was wrong. Will not use them again. Don’t waste time responding with your standard “sorry to hear this and please email us”. I’ve called several times attempting to get the service that I’ve already paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Services: A/C system maintenance, Heating system repair, Heating system installation
