Tom and his son did an excellent job installing my new attic door. It was a tricky project because it is an old house and none of the new attic doors would fit. They found a door that was close and modified the ladder. They were great at staying in touch, arriving on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were wonderfully polite. We'll be calling on them for all of our fix-it needs!

Tom and his son do very good work. Tom is experienced in termite damage repair. They have a great warranty on their work as well. They get 5 stars for workmanship. However, I am disappointed at the price of the job they completed for me. They worked 9 hours on my home and used probably $300 of building materials. I wrote them a $2400 check. I know it is an important job that must have been done to help keep termites deterred but just saying...This is way too high price for the job. I understand a contractor has many expenses other than his labor and building materials like gas, tools, insurance, etc....I get it...after all, hey, I accepted his estimate! But if I were you considering this type of job I would ask for an itemized statement. Tom is a good guy and will probably be glad to give you one. I did not ask for one...lesson learned. Not cool...

I am so happy to have contracted the services of Mr. Tom Dixon. He was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely conscientious about his work performance. I was contacted the same day that I initiated the request for handyman services. I have contracted the services of many people, however, I would have to say that Mr. Dixon was one of the best contractors I have ever utilized. His work ethics are unsurpassed by many and I plan to utilize his services very often.
