Sorry about that.... kids.. my service here is EXCELLENT and has gone out TWICE in the 9 years I have been here and was restored QUICKLY.
They keep shutting our power off during our business hours. When you call you get a different story every time. If they are working on lines…. They should do so outside of business hours. They are destroying small business and don’t care
I truly feel like this company just loves to rip people off- I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and am paying average $130 a month for electric- why? No idea- I don’t sit with my lights on all the time. Heck I even turned my AC off and somehow my bill went up. It’s a rip off but unfortunately if you live in Murfreesboro it’s basically the only option.
